Telegram
Telegram is the main place to talk to nimo. Link it once, then ask questions, run audits, switch sites, and get alerts without opening the dashboard. It is the same nimo agent as the web app, with the same audits, history, and connected integrations behind every answer.

Connect Telegram
Linking uses a private, single-use deep link, so you never type a password or code into Telegram.
Open Settings
In the web app, go to Settings, open Integrations, and find Telegram.
Create the link
Click Connect. nimo creates a private Telegram deep link for your account. The link works once and expires after 10 minutes.
Press Start in Telegram
Telegram opens a private chat with nimo. Press Start to finish linking.
Check which site is active
With one site, nimo selects it for you. With several, just name the site in your question or use /site to set a default. With none, nimo asks for your website URL and adds it.
Open the connection link in a private chat with nimo. If you press Start inside a group, nimo replies with "Open this connection link in a private chat with Nimo." and nothing is linked.
Use the commands
Commands are shortcuts. You never need them to ask a question: plain messages work, and nimo figures out which of your sites you mean.

/unlink | Disconnects this Telegram chat from your nimo account. |
/help | Lists the commands. |
When /audit cannot tell which site you mean, it shows buttons for each site plus an option to audit all of them. Auditing several sites uses audit allowance for each site.
Ask in plain language
Telegram works best when the question is direct. You can type, or send a voice message of up to two minutes when voice transcription is available on your account; nimo transcribes it and answers like a typed question.

Under the hood, nimo can read your saved reports, compare audits, check uptime, inspect a live page, and use connected integrations such as Search Console, Analytics, PostHog, Ahrefs, and Cloudflare. See Chat with nimo for the full list and its limits.
Buttons you will see
nimo attaches buttons so you can act without typing:
- Pick a site after
/site, or when/auditneeds you to choose. - Run audit and Maybe later after adding a site.
- Run new audit and Analyze this under a
/statussnapshot. - View page details on audit notifications, which opens that page's report in the web app.
- A PDF choice after a batch of audits finishes, so you can get one report, all of them, or none.
- Suggested follow-up questions under some replies. Tapping one sends it as your next message.
When nimo messages you
nimo only writes first when something needs attention. Each alert is short, names the site, and tells you what to check.

Reply directly to an alert and nimo answers about that alert's site and evidence, even if your default site is a different one.
Uptime notifications are batched for 90 seconds so several sites going down at once arrive as one message. Between 10pm and 8am Pacific time, non-urgent notifications wait unless an incident has lasted 30 minutes or more.
To change where alerts go, ask nimo in chat, for example "stop sending audit alerts to Telegram" or "send audit alerts to Slack instead." nimo only changes notification settings when you explicitly ask. More detail lives in Monitoring and alerts.
Troubleshooting
"This link has expired or was already used." Links expire after 10 minutes and work once. Generate a new one from Settings, Integrations, Telegram.
"Not connected yet." This Telegram chat is not linked, or it was unlinked. Create a new link from Settings.
"No sites yet. Use /addsite to add one." Add a site with /addsite or from the dashboard, then ask again.
"You've reached your plan's site limit." Remove a site or upgrade. Limits are listed in Billing and API keys.
"You've hit a usage limit for your plan." You used this month's chat or audit allowance. Upgrade or wait for the monthly reset.
Answers seem stuck on an old topic. Send /newchat and ask again. If a reply is wrong, send /bugreport so it can be reviewed.
Voice messages are rejected. Keep them under two minutes. If nimo says voice is not available, type the question instead.
